Can any one help me with my math homework?

I need a little help trying to find he 2x2 matrix for these two transformations:
1. p' (6,4) q' (4,4) r' (4,8)
2. p (-3,-2) q (-2,-2) r (-2,-4)
I dont know where to start. Any help is highly appreciated.
