I'm a skinny kid. I want to bulk up a little. I weigh 120 Ibs and I'm 5"5'. I don't bench press cuz I don't got the material around me. (No gym, no nuthin) I do regular exercises. Like sits ups and crunches and push up. But after a few weeks of doin em I don't get much. Help pls? Also does muscle milk work? Is it good?
