I want to recover/stop this. I dont rly consider myself bulimic, but I know what Im doing is wrong. (eat and vomit it, or binge than vomit), I vomit 2-7 days out of a week, usually 2-6 times a day. Have been like this for 6 months. and Im starting to feel the negative consequences(passing out, coldness, sore throat, acid reflux, dry skin..)
I want to stop but I do not wish to seek medical help. its a lot harder than to just STOP. and I was just wondering if anyone had tips to avoid binges/eating bad so i don't feel the need to vomit it.
I will not eat normally either because I wish to keep my body weight low so I can't just eat normal portions to fix this. so, any suggestions on how to avoid the binges/recover?
