You have to be confident. Confidence is key. You also have to be assertive to your parents about how they're treating you. Don't be afraid to speak your mind. Just be persistent, some people aren't as loud and as confident as others but atleast appear to be confident even if you're uneasy or worried. And for becoming stronger, that takes a lot of practice. But fear can hold you back a lot so don't be afraid, because there is nothing to loose. So just practice in your extra time so when your dad teaches you, you'll have it perfected :)
