how can i fill paper faced plaster coving joints i need something that will not crack and can be sanded and painted any help will be grateful thanks

The pre-mixed coving adhesive does the job. You don't need to sand it as you can smooth it down whist wet with a damp sponge. Or you can use 'decorators caulk' which is gunnable. This too can be smoothed before setting. The third alternative is lightweight filler from any diy store. Same again with damp sponge and needs hardly any sanding at all. Much better than Polyfilla.

Got to got with the above. Can't say any better than that
