The Z is the ^26th and last letter , and the ^20thconsonant in the Latin alphabet today.

Linguistics

Z is the zeta ^, 6th letter of the Greek alphabet ( in capital and lowercase ). Present in early models of the Latin alphabet , descended directly from the Etruscan alphabet , the Z, needless to Romans , was abolished in ^the fourth century BC.
